I am a Long Distance Runner also i am a running coach.

In this website i will introduce myself and share some useful information about running
Moreover i will introduce you some running classes which hold by me , if you interested on it , you can register for this classes. hope you guys can learn more running skills from my website.

I was a athlete ,I started running from 11 years old
I have been long distance running school team in primary and secondary school.
And now i also a team memeber of cross country team in HKIED.


Through this meaningful running life i have learnt much things
Not only the skills , is about my life.

  • Why i love running?

    Like many things in life, it takes time and effort to master.
    But there’s a moment on a long run when you hit the sweet spot and every part of your body starts working in glorious harmony.
    It could be when that one perfect heart-racing, blood-pounding song comes on your special running playlist,
    or when you pass that five-mile mark so full of adrenalin you feel like you could do anything.
    It’s the runner’s high – the glorious surge of endorphins that makes your body feel incredible.
